Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of adenomyosis
Objective Exploring the clinical value of laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 46 patients with adenomyopathy undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected and divided into non-endoscopic group and endoscopic group according to random drawing method, with 23 cases in each group. The non-endoscopic group was treated with open surgery, and the endoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy. The surgical indexes, postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time, postoperative exhaust time, indwelling catheter time and hospital stay in the endoscopic group were shorter than those in the non-endoscopic group, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that in the non-endoscopic group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the endoscopic group at 24 h,48 h,3 d and 5 d after surgery were significantly lower than those of the non-endoscopic group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after hysterectomy in the endoscopic group(8.70%,2/23)was significantly lower than that in the non-endoscopic group(34.78%,8/23)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the treatment of adenomyopathy is less traumatic, the postoperative recovery speed of patients is faster, and the pain is light, less pain, low risk of complications, safe and reliable.
