Complications and management strategies after cervical cone resection surgery
Objective To explore the complications and management strategies after cervical cone resection surgery.Methods 310 patients who underwent cervical cone resection in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Data on postoperative complications of cervical cone resection were collected,and the incidence,types,and correlation with patient characteristics of complications were analyzed.Results 60.0%of patients were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and 40.0%were diagnosed with early cervical cancer;The total incidence rate of complications is 14.5%,with a cervical inflammatory disease incidence rate of 6.5%,bleeding incidence rate of 4.8%,and cervical stenosis incidence rate of 1.3%;The incidence of complications in patients over 45 years old is 18%,significantly higher than 10%in patients under 45 years old.The incidence of complications in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is 10%,lower than 20%in patients with early cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Management strategies should be provided for different types of complications,aiming to improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
