The impact of pregnancy quality management on pregnancy outcomes
Objective To explore the impact of pregnancy quality management on pregnancy outcomes. Methods 574 pregnant women who received routine health management from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the control group, and 560 pregnant women who received pregnancy quality management from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The increase in body weight of pregnant women and the birth weight of newborns in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05);The full-term birth rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, while the abortion rate and premature birth rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, malformations, and macrosomia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying prenatal body mass management to pregnant women can reduce the growth of maternal body mass and the birth weight of newborns, improve full-term birth rates, and reduce adverse outcomes for newborns and pregnant women.
