Clinical observation on clinical effect of self-prepared Qinghua zhitong decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema in treating acute pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat stasis
Objective To analyze the effect of self-prepared Qinghua zhitong decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema in the clinical treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness-heat stasis.Methods 60 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat stasis type)were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group received self-prepared Qinghua zhitong decoction combined with Chinese medicine enema treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the symptom remission time in the treatment group was significantly shortened after treatment(P＜0.05),and the main symptom score and secondary symptom score were significantly decreased(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Qinghua Zhitong Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema has good effect and safety in the treatment of damp-heat stasis type acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
