The clinical efficacy of Yousiyue and Daying-35 in the treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome and their impact on hormone levels
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yousiyue and Daying-35 in the treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome and their impact on hormone levels. Methods 100 non obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a computer system, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diane-35,while the experimental group was treated with Yousiyue. The hormone levels, blood lipid indicators, insulin resistance index, and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of testosterone, total cholesterol, and insulin resistance index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Yousiyue and Danyin-35 have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome, which can regulate hormone levels.Yousiyue has a better regulatory effect on testosterone indicators, which helps to improve insulin resistance and regulate body lipid levels.
