The effect of Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression combined with blood stasis syndrome
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression combined with blood stasis syndrome.Methods 120 patients with perimenopausal syndrome in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao pill,while the study group was treated with Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction.The severity of physical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,anxiety,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The KI scale score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and self rating anxiety scale score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The psychological status,physiological status,sexual activity,and vascular dilation and contraction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shugan Bushen Huoxue decoction can achieve good clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency,liver depression,and blood stasis syndrome.The treatment is safe and effective,can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,enhance the quality of life,and alleviate anxiety.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
