The clinical value of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository,as well as the use of hormones alone to prevent re adhesion after moderate uterine adhesions separation surgery
Objective To study the preventive effect of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository,as well as the use of hormones alone,on re adhesion after moderate uterine adhesions separation surgery.Methods 60 patients with moderate intrauterine adhesion separation were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(30 cases in each group)according to random number table method.The control group was given hormone therapy,and the experimental group was given aspirin combined with Kangfu xiaoyan suppository on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67％higher than that of the control group(76.67％),and the incidence of readhesion was 3.33％lower than that of the control group(23.33％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and uterine volume of experimental group were better than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of readhesion after separation of moderate intrauterine adhesions,the use of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository can reduce the incidence of readhesion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
