Observation on the application effect of fentanyl combined with propofol in anesthesia for daytime hysteroscopic surgery
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of fentanyl combined with propofol in anesthesia for daytime hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 70 patients requiring day-time hysteroscopic surgery were selected.According to the parity of case number ranking,35 patients with odd ranking were selected as control group and 35 patients with even ranking were selected as observation group. The control group was anesthetised with fentanyl combined with propofol, and the observation group was anesthetised with afentanil combined with propofol. The anesthesia time, the dosage of propofol, the recovery time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the dosage of propofol between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of afentanil combined with propofol in day-time hysteroscopic surgery has an ideal anesthetic effect, with shorter onset and recovery time and lower incidence of adverse reactions. It is an effective and safe anesthesia method.
