Study on the effect of individualized diet control and exercise therapy on gestational diabetes treatment
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of individualized diet control combined with exercise therapy on pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 97 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine health care intervention,and the observation group received individualized diet control combined with exercise therapy intervention.Blood glucose index,adverse pregnancy outcome and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of blood glucose before and 2 h after meals and glycosylated hemoglobin in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized diet control combined with exercise therapy for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,stabilize blood sugar levels and improve treatment satisfaction.
