Clinical observation of Remazolam combined with Nalbuphine in outpatient painless abortion
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of remazolam combined with nalbuphine in outpatient painless abortion. Methods 80 patients with painless abortion were selected and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group by randomized control method. The control group was given propofol combined with nalbuphine, and the experimental group was given remazolam combined with nalbuphine. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the preoperative results, the heart rate of the two groups did not change significantly during dilation and immediately after surgery, while the mean arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation indexes of the control group were decreased(P<0.05).The time to recovery and the time to leave the room after recovery in experimental group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam combined with nalbuphine for painless abortion can achieve satisfactory anesthetic effect.
