Clinical evaluation of estradiol valerate combined with dexmedetone in the treatment of menopausal syndrome
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with desdrogesterone in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods 92 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate and the experimental group was treated with estradiol valerate combined with dydrogesterone. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results Two months after treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of estradiol(E2)were higher than those in the control group, and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).Two months after treatment,CD3+and CD4+indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(6.52%)and the control group(4.35%)(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of menopausal syndrome, compared with estradiol valerate alone, the combination of desdrogesterone tablets has a strengthening effect, which can promote the improvement of hormone levels and endometrial thickness, and improve the immune function of the body, and does not increase the adverse reactions, suggesting that this regimen is safe and feasible.
