Observation and value analysis of blood routine test in diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effect and value of blood routine test in diagnosis of anemia during pregnancy. Methods 30 pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy women during pregnancy as the control group.Blood routine test was performed in the two groups respectively, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The indexes of hemoglobin content(Hb),red blood cells(RBC),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV),mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content(MCH)and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in blood routine in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the indexes of erythrocyte distribution width(RDW)were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy, routine blood tests can help clarify the specific conditions of the disease, provide scientific basis for clinical treatment, promote the implementation of early treatment, and reduce the negative impact of anemia on pregnant women and fetuses, which has high clinical application value.
