摘要
目的 探究体位管理在盆腔肿瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用价值.方法 选取160例拟行盆腔肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(体位管理)和对照组(常规体位),每组80例.比较两组患者术后干预效果.结果 观察组患者术后10 h、20 h、30 h下肢舒适比例高于对照组,下肢静脉压力、股静脉血流速度、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 体位管理在盆腔肿瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of postural management in laparoscopic surgery of pelvic tumors.Methods 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for pelvic tumors were selected and divided into observation group(position management)and control group(conventional position)according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The effect of postoperative intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of lower limb comfort at 10 h,20 h and 30 h after operation in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the lower limb venous pressure,femoral vein blood flow velocity and complication rate were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of position management in laparoscopic surgery for pelvic tumors is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
