Application value of postural management in laparoscopic surgery of pelvic tumors
Objective To explore the application value of postural management in laparoscopic surgery of pelvic tumors. Methods 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for pelvic tumors were selected and divided into observation group(position management)and control group(conventional position)according to random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The effect of postoperative intervention was compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of lower limb comfort at 10 h,20 h and 30 h after operation in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the lower limb venous pressure, femoral vein blood flow velocity and complication rate were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of position management in laparoscopic surgery for pelvic tumors is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
