The application of rapid recovery surgical nursing in the surgical treatment of ovarian cancer patients and its effect on early postoperative recovery of patients
Objective To conduct a detailed analysis of the impact of rapid recovery surgical nursing on the early recovery effect of ovarian cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment. Methods 70 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing surgical treatment were selected and divided into observation group(receiving rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing)and control group(receiving routine nursing)according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The hospitalization time, first feeding time, first exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 h,12 h,24 h,72 h and 96 h after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid recovery surgical nursing plays a crucial role in the surgical treatment of ovarian cancer patients, helping to alleviate pain symptoms, promote postoperative ventilation, shorten hospital stay, and promote early postoperative recovery. It is worth promoting.
