The influence of psychosomatic relaxation therapy on the psychological status and anesthesia effect of patients undergoing painless abortion surgery
Objective To explore the impact of psychosomatic relaxation therapy on the psychological status and anesthesia effect of patients undergoing painless abortion surgery.Methods 160 patients undergoing painless abortion were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received psychosomatic relaxation therapy under the premise of the control group.The psychological status and anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 hour of surgery,the self rating depression scale and self rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The excellent anesthesia rate in the observation group was 91.25%,which was higher than the control group's 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychosomatic relaxation therapy has a positive impact on the psychological status and anesthesia effect of patients undergoing painless abortion surgery,which can improve anesthesia effect,alleviate pain perception and pain emotions.
