The impact of collaborative nursing on postpartum recovery of primiparous women
Objective To explore the impact of collaborative nursing on the recovery of primiparous women after childbirth.Methods 60 primiparous women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received collaborative nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery rate of postpartum sexual activity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the scores of the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative nursing in postpartum recovery of primiparous women can significantly improve their postpartum recovery,as well as improve their psychological state and quality of life.It is worth promoting.
