Application of fine nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and evaluation of its influence on sleep quality
Objective To evaluate the effect of fine nursing on sleep quality in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group received fine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,blood loss and time,and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSOI)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 90.00％higher than that in control group 66.67％(P＜0.05).The blood loss and bleeding time of observation group were shorter than control group(P＜0.05).The PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the bleeding time,and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
