健康教育路径应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨健康教育路径应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果.方法 选取60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成两组,各30例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康教育路径,比较两组的护理效果.结果 护理后,观察组疾病认知度、用药依从性和家属照顾能力评分高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为3.33％,低于对照组的20.00％(P＜0.05).结论 健康教育路径应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中,效果显著,可有效增强患者对妊娠期糖尿病的认知度及重视度,提高患者家属照顾能力,从而进一步提高血糖控制效果,确保妊娠安全.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education pathway in nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given health education path,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of disease awareness,medication compliance and family care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of hamilton anxiety scale were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose before meal and 2 h after meal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 3.33％,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of health education pathway in the nursing care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has obvious effect,which can effectively enhance the awareness and attention of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the care ability of patients'families,further improve the blood sugar control effect and ensure the safety of pregnancy.
