The application effect of high-quality nursing combined with fetal heart rate monitor in postpartum women
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing combined with fetal heart rate monitoring in postpartum women.Methods 380 primiparous women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 190 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care combined with fetal heart rate monitoring.The labor process time,maternal and infant outcomes,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter time for the first,second,third,and total stages of labor compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in health education,psychological care,environmental care,monitoring care,and posture care than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing combined with fetal heart rate monitoring in postpartum women has a definite effect,can shorten the delivery process,ensure good pregnancy outcomes,improve nursing satisfaction scores,and is worth applying.
