The application effect of evidence-based nursing in early care of gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in early care of gestational hypertension. Methods 64 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received evidence-based care. The blood pressure levels,self-care ability, and negative emotions of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The self responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge level, and self-care skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing, the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in early care of gestational hypertension has an ideal effect, and has a positive effect on improving blood pressure levels, enhancing self-care ability, reducing negative emotions, and improving quality of life.It is worth promoting and applying.
