Discussion on humanistic care as well as psychological care in gynecological radiotherapy care for cervical cancer
Objective To apply humanistic care and psychological nursing in cervical cancer radiotherapy nursing,and analyze the nursing effect.Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases each by random number table method.The control group received conventional radiotherapy nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care and psychological nursing based on the control group.The psychological state[psychological distress thermometer,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],perceived burden Scale(SPBS),hope level[herth hope scale(HHI)]and quality of life(FACT-G)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the psychological pain degree score,SAS score and SPBS score of the observation group were lower after intervention,and the HHI score and FACT-G score were higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional radiotherapy nursing,humanistic care and psychological nursing can alleviate patients'pain and anxiety,reduce their disease burden,and improve their hope level and life quality,which is worth promoting.
