优质手术室护理配合在宫腔镜异常子宫出血诊刮术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析宫腔镜异常子宫出血诊刮术患者实施优质手术室护理配合的效果.方法 选取68例行宫腔镜异常子宫出血诊刮术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(实施常规手术室护理配合)和观察组(实施优质手术室护理配合),每组34例.比较两组干预效果.结果 观察组手术时间、排气时间及进食时间均明显短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组手术室护理满意度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对宫腔镜异常子宫出血诊刮术患者实施优质手术室护理配合,可有效缩短手术时间,加快术后康复,减少并发症,从而显著提升患者的护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of implementing high-quality operating room nursing cooperation for patients undergoing hysteroscopic diagnosis and curettage of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 68 patients undergoing hysteroscopic abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group(routine operating room nursing cooperation)and observation group(high-quality operating room nursing cooperation)according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,exhaust time and feeding time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the blood loss was less than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing high-quality operating room nursing cooperation for patients undergoing hysteroscopic curettage for abnormal uterine bleeding can shorten surgical time,accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce complications,improve satisfaction.
