The effect of applying high-quality nursing service model to gestational hypertension
Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying high-quality nursing service models to gestational hypertension.Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing mode,while the observation group implemented high-quality nursing service mode.The blood pressure control,psychological status,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than the control group's 77.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a high-quality nursing service model for pregnant women with gestational hypertension can effectively control blood pressure,improve nursing satisfaction,and have high application value.
