The application effect of surgical nursing cooperation in single port laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the application effect of surgical nursing cooperation in single port laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods 60 patients who underwent single port laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups in the order of admission, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received surgical nursing cooperation on the basis of the control group. The stress response indicators and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results That the heart rate and systolic blood pressure during pneumoperitoneum and after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than the control group's 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening surgical nursing cooperation during single port laparoscopic myomectomy can further reduce the patient's intraoperative stress response and reduce the risk of postoperative complications, which is worth promoting.
