Application effect of predictive nursing to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in women with vaginal delivery
Objective To analyze the application value of predictive nursing for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 50 cases of vaginal delivery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with predictive nursing intervention based on the control group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2 h and 24 h was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The service attitude, operation skills, safety nursing and health education scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing for parturients in vaginal delivery is of high value, which can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage, improve the quality of nursing and alleviate the negative emotions of parturients.
