Analysis of the influence of midwifery accompanied delivery nursing intervention on delivery mode and labor duration
Objective To study the effect of midwifery accompanied delivery nursing intervention on delivery mode and labor time.Methods 72 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received midwife-accompanied delivery care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The cesarean section rate in the observation group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(41.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of midwives accompanying the whole delivery can shorten the maternal labor process,promote the smooth delivery,and also effectively improve the natural delivery rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
