助产士全程陪伴分娩护理干预对产妇分娩方式与产程时间的影响分析

摘要
目的 研究助产士全程陪伴分娩护理干预对产妇分娩方式与产程时间的影响.方法 选取72例产妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例.对照组接受常规产程分娩护理,观察组接受助产士全程陪伴分娩护理,对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组剖宫产率为16.67％,显著低于对照组的41.67％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 助产士全程陪伴分娩护理干预可以缩短产妇产程,促进顺利分娩,同时还能有效提升自然分娩率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of midwifery accompanied delivery nursing intervention on delivery mode and labor time.Methods 72 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received midwife-accompanied delivery care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The cesarean section rate in the observation group was 16.67％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(41.67％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of midwives accompanying the whole delivery can shorten the maternal labor process,promote the smooth delivery,and also effectively improve the natural delivery rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
