The effect of humanized anesthesia nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To study the value of humanized anesthesia nursing in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia. Methods 40 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group by computer random number method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine anesthesia care, and the observation group received humanized anesthesia care. The heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels, waking time and extubation time of the two groups were compared before and after care. Results After induction, the levels of HR,SBP and DBP in both groups decreased, but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The waking time and extubation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized anesthesia nursing in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia can better maintain the patient's heart rate and blood pressure, shorten the patient's recovery time, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
