人性化麻醉护理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的效果

摘要
目的 研究在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中实施人性化麻醉护理的价值.方法 选取40例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,采用电脑随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例.对照组患者实施常规麻醉护理,观察组患者实施人性化麻醉护理,比较两组患者护理前后的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平、清醒时间及拔管时间.结果 诱导后,两组患者的HR、SBP、DBP水平均下降,但观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者的清醒时间、拔管时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中实施人性化麻醉护理可以较好地维持患者的心率和血压,缩短患者恢复清醒的时间,值得临床推广与应用.
Abstract
Objective To study the value of humanized anesthesia nursing in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia.Methods 40 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group by computer random number method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine anesthesia care,and the observation group received humanized anesthesia care.The heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels,waking time and extubation time of the two groups were compared before and after care.Results After induction,the levels of HR,SBP and DBP in both groups decreased,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The waking time and extubation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanized anesthesia nursing in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia can better maintain the patient's heart rate and blood pressure,shorten the patient's recovery time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
