The application effect of full process nursing in the treatment of cervical epithelial neoplasia patients with cervical cone electrosurgical resection
Objective To explore the application effect of full process nursing in the treatment of cervical epithelial neoplasia patients with cervical cone resection.Methods 56 patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia who underwent cervical cone resection in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group's 78.57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The psychological,physiological,physical,and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full process nursing in the treatment of cervical epithelial neoplasia patients with cervical cone resection has a significant effect,which can significantly improve negative emotions,satisfaction,and quality of life of patients.
