Observation on the effect of clinical preventive treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by midwives in labor ward
Objective To explore the effect of clinical prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by midwives in delivery room.Methods 100 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random principle,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received midwifery nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of maternal nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical preventive treatment of midwives in the delivery room can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women,which has an important role.
