The impact of nursing risk management on the quality of care for patients with scarred uterus
Objective To explore the impact of nursing risk management on the quality of care for patients with scarred uterus.Methods 66 patients with scarred uterus in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received nursing risk management on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The observation group had less postpartum bleeding at 24 hours compared to the control group,and the newborn's body weight was lower than the control group.After 5 minutes of birth,the Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge,disinfection and isolation,ward management,service quality,specialized nursing,and basic nursing than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management for patients with scar uterus can effectively reduce postpartum bleeding,improve negative emotions,and enhance clinical nursing quality.
