The effect of using rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with empathetic depression relieving method after cesarean section
Objective To explore the effect of using rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with the method of relieving depression and following emotions after cesarean section.Methods 122 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy combined with the Shunqing Jieyu method.The pain level,anxiety status,and depression status of the two groups were compared.Results On the 1st and 3rd day after surgery,the pain numerical evaluation scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);Before discharge,the observation group had lower scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of rapid recovery surgical pain grading nursing strategy and Shunqing Jieyu method can effectively alleviate the pain level of postpartum women after cesarean section,and improve anxiety and depression.
