Study on nutrition level during pregnancy and its influence on pregnancy outcome
Objective To investigate the effects of pre-pregnancy nutrition levels and co-pregnancy outcomes. Methods 1000 parturients treated 42 days after delivery were selected.Basic information, dietary survey, physical examination and laboratory examination were collected, pregnancy outcomes were followed up,and the risk factors of pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results Energy intake was the highest in the second trimester, and weight gain was the most obvious in the first trimester. There were 130 cases(13.00%)with adverse pregnancy outcome.Pregnancy weight gain(OR=1.425),age(OR=1.384),prepregnancy body mass(OR=1.462),prepregnancy diabetes(OR=1.485)and total protein(OR=1.285)were all independent risk factors for pregnancy outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion In terms of nutritional intake during pregnancy, the energy intake in the first trimester is high, and the weight gain in the second trimester is obvious. The nutritional status during pregnancy can affect the pregnancy outcome.
