Real world case analysis of polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To investigate polycystic ovarian syndrome population characteristics and pregnancy outcomes for provide clinical reference.Methods The data of PCOS cases were collected and analyzed by case registration.Results 391 cases were registered;Up to the last follow-up,98 cases of successful pregnancy and 293 cases of non-pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 25.1%.98 cases of successful pregnancy,15 cases of artificial insemination did not get pregnant,later IVF,54 cases of direct IVF,20 cases of guided sex,9 cases of artificial insemination.293 cases were not pregnant,of which 215 were guided sex,35 were IVF,36 were artificial insemination and 7 were not pregnant by IVF.Conclusion The PCOS population requiring medical assistance to achieve pregnancy events is concentrated in the disease course greater than 3 years.Prolonged menstrual cycle,combined with overweight and obesity are the clinical characteristics of PCOS.The frequency of menstrual cramps,prolonged menstrual duration,and early or late menarche may not be characteristic of the disease.Cohabitation is of limited value in promoting pregnancy with PCOS.Ivf and artificial insemination have good application value in assisted reproduction of PCOS.
