The preventive effect of HPV vaccination on HPV infection in women of reproductive age
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination on HPV infection in women of childbearing age. Methods 170 women aged 24 to 50 years of reproductive age were selected as the research objects.According to whether they had received HPV vaccine, they were divided into the experimental group(vaccinated HPV vaccine, most of them were active personnel and their families in a military unit, living habits and education made vaccination awareness high and infection rate low)and the control group(not vaccinated HPV vaccine),85 cases each.Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect high-risk HPV infection. The vaccine preventive effect, adverse mood and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rates(1.18%,2.35%,0)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(9.41%,12.94%,7.06%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV vaccination has obvious preventive effect on HPV infection in women of childbearing age,can significantly reduce HPV infection rate, improve the mood and quality of life of women of childbearing age,and provide a new program for the prevention of HPV in women of childbearing age.
