Clinical observation of CO2 laser treatment for female lower reproductive tract intraepithelial neoplasia
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carbon dioxide(CO2)laser in treating intraepithelial neoplasia of female lower reproductive tract. Methods 65 female patients with intraepithelial neoplasia of the lower reproductive tract were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases, treated with conventional trichloroacetic acid)and the study group(35 cases, treated with CO2 laser on the basis of conventional treatment). The therapeutic effect, negative conversion rate and immune function(IgG,IgM,IgA)levels before and after treatment were measured in the two groups. Results The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgG,IgM and IgA levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in both groups were significantly improved, and the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 laser treatment for female lower reproductive tract intraepithelial neoplasia has good clinical effects, which is not only more conducive to improving the conversion rate, but also more conducive to promoting the improvement of patient's immune function.
