Effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function recovery in patients with hysteromyoma
Objective to analyze the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function recovery in patients with hysteromyoma. Methods 62 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group(laparotomy)and study group(laparoscopic hysteromyectomy)according to different surgical methods, with 31 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the study group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was(72.35±7.19)ml,the operation time was(89.63±7.49)min,the retention time of drainage tube was(1.14±0.15)d,and the length of hospitalization was(5.39±0.71)d.Compared with the control group, there was statistical significance in(101.34±9.37)ml,(95.03±7.38)min,(2.05±0.27)d and(7.13±0.79)d,respectively(P<0.05).After operation, the estradiol(E2)level of the study group was(242.14±18.03)pmol/L,luteinizing hormone(LH)level was(21.25±2.08)IU/L,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level was(23.71±2.48)IU/L,and the complication rate was 3.23%.Compared with the control group(251.38±17.37)pmol/L,(19.05±2.62)IU/L,(21.47±2.35)IU/L,19.35%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids can achieve good results, high safety, and speed up the recovery of ovarian function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
