To evaluate the effects of Zuogui pill combined with Gegen Heisu decoction on ovarian blood flow status and reserve function in patients with premature ovarian failure
Objective To analyze the application value of Zuogui pill combined with Gegen Heisu decoction in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 300 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as the study objects and divided into Western medicine group(artificial cycle therapy),traditional Chinese medicine group(Zuogui Pill combined with Gegen Heisu decoction)and combined group(using two combination methods)according to random number table method,with 100 cases each.The therapeutic effect of the three groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).Pulse index(PI),arterial resistance(RI)and endometrial thickness in combination group were higher than those in western medicine and Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2)and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)in combination group were higher than those in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in combination group were lower than those in Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy has positive effects on improving ovarian blood flow status and enhancing reserve function in patients with premature ovarian failure,and can promote blood circulation and increase ovarian blood flow,thus improving ovarian function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
