自拟如意散治疗药物流产后气虚血瘀型阴道异常出血效果及对血β-HCG的影响

摘要
目的 探讨自拟如意散治疗药物流产后气虚血瘀型阴道异常出血的效果.方法 选取80例药物流产后气虚血瘀型阴道异常出血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例.对照组给予益母草颗粒治疗,研究组给予中药自拟如意散治疗.比较两组相关临床指标、临床疗效.结果 研究组阴道出血量少于对照组,出血持续时间短于对照组,宫腔内残留组织面积小于对照组,血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组总有效率为87.5％,高于对照组的60.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 自拟如意散治疗药物流产后气虚血瘀型阴道异常出血患者疗效显著,可有效促进宫腔内残留组织的排出,改善β-HCG水平,减少阴道出血量,缩短出血持续时间,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self formulated Ruyi powder on abnormal vaginal bleeding of Qi deficiency and blood stasis after drug abortion.Methods 80 patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding of Qi deficiency and blood stasis after drug abortion were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leonurus granules,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine self formulated Ruyi powder.The relevant clinical indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,the duration of bleeding was shorter,the intrauterine residual tissue area was smaller than that in the control group,and the level of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 87.5％,higher than that of the control group(60.0％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Self formulated Ruyi powder is effective in treating patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis after drug abortion.It can effectively promote the discharge of residual tissue in uterine cavity,improve the level of β-HCG,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of bleeding,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
