Application value of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets in patients after induced abortion
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets after induced abortion.Methods 100 patients with induced abortion were selected and divided into study group and control group with 50 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with postpartum Zhuyu capsule,and the study group was treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets based on the control group.The amount of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,endometrial thickness,complications and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of vaginal bleeding＜menstrual volume 90.00％in the study group was higher than that in the control group 74.00％,and the rate of bleeding ≤7 days was 88.00％higher than that in the control group 70.00％(P＜0.05).The rate of menstrual recovery time＞33 days in the study group was 2.00％lower than that in the control group,and the rate of endometrial thickness ≥1.0 cm was 92.00％higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of 6.00％in the study group was lower than 22.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)increased in both groups,and the levels of E2 and P in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Drospirenone ethoestradiol tablets can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding in patients after induced abortion,shorten the bleeding time and menstrual recovery time of patients,effectively help patients with rapid reading repair endometrium,with high safety,and effectively improve the level of serum sex hormones.
