Observation on the effect of Shenghua decoction combined with Femoston in preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenghua decoction combined with femoston in preventing intrauterine adhesions(IUA)after induced abortion. Methods 86 induced abortion patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 43 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with femoston, and the experimental group was treated with Shenghua decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The duration of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, the endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the control group, the postoperative menstrual recovery was better than that in the control group, and the incidence of IUA(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(25.58%),the endometrial volume, blood flow parameters and inflammatory level were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenghua decoction combined with femoston can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, improve endometrial thickness and inflammatory response, promote normal menstruation and reduce the incidence of IUA,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
