Analysis of the effect of Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps and the risk of complications
Objective To analyze the effects of Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps and the risk of complications.Methods 96 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months and 1 year after operation,the menstrual volume of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(12.50%)was lower than that of the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirena combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps can obtain ideal results,worthy of clinical promotion.
