The preventive effect of pregnancy and childbirth exercise program on deep vein thrombosis in patients with cesarean section under the concept of rapid recovery surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal exercise nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis and related complications and the effect of rehabilitation. Methods 100 patients with cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. The conventional group received routine postpartum care, and the observation group received the prenatal exercise program based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis, the incidence of complications and the grading of pelvic floor muscle tension were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in observation group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in observation group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The proportion of pelvic floor muscle tension grade Ⅲ to Ⅴ in observation group was higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of the pregnant and perinatal exercise program under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
