Clinical efficacy observation of Fuyanping mixture combined with Guihong enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis type
Objective To exploring the clinical efficacy of Fuyanping mixture combined with Guihong enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and randomly divide them into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuyanping mixture,while the study group was treated with Fuyanping mixture combined with Guihong enema solution.Compare the TCM syndrome scores,pelvic mass size,pelvic fluid accumulation,uterine hemorheological indicators,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diameter of pelvic masses in the two groups was smaller than before treatment,and the amount of pelvic fluid was less than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery systolic pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in the study group were significantly lower than before treatment,and significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33％(28/30),which was higher than the control group's 73.33％(22/30)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuyanping mixture and Guihong enema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and enhance the treatment effect.
