Observation on the effect of Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with yin deficiency of liver and kidney
Objective To observe the effect of Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods 100 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding and liver and kidney Yin deficiency were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00％,which was higher than that of the control group 80.00％(P＜0.05).Blood routine indexes,uterine and menstrual recovery in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Erzhi Pill combined with Liangdi decoction can reduce the amount and time of bleeding,restore menstrual cycle and endometrial thickness,adjust the level of sex hormones and achieve good results.
