To explore the application method and value evaluation of misoprostol in induced abortion in early pregnancy
Objective To investigate the application value of misoprostol in induced abortion in early pregnancy. Methods 62 pregnant women who underwent abortion in early pregnancy were selected and divided into control group(with conventional operation)and study group(with misoprostol)according to random drawing method, with 31 cases in each group. The incidence of adverse reactions, the effect of cervical dilation and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.23%in the study group and 25.81%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of cervical dilation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation in the study group was less than that in the control group, the operation time was shorter than that in the control group, and the contraction amplitude was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of misoprostol in pregnant women with early pregnancy abortion can enhance uterine expansion tension, and has strong timeliness and safe and reliable value, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
