Effect of vitamin D combined with insulin in gestational diabetic patients and its effect on blood glucose variability
Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin D combined with insulin and the effect of blood glucose variability in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group by double-blind method. The control group was treated with insulin aspartate combined with insulin deteminate, and the observation group was treated with vitamin D on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose level, blood glucose variability index, insulin related index and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control effect, blood glucose variability index and insulin related index in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(6.7%)was significantly lower than that in control group(17.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin D with endwinter and insulin detel for gestational diabetes can improve the effect of blood glucose control, regulate blood glucose variability, reduce insulin resistance and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
