Ultrasound diagnosis and analysis of blood flow parameters in different stages of endometrial cancer
Objective To analyze the ultrasound diagnosis and blood flow parameter levels of endometrial cancer in different stages. Methods 64 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the observation group.Another 61 patients diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia were selected as control group. The ultrasound characteristics and blood flow parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of blood flow signal, the degree of endometrial thickening and the proportion of endometrial echo inhomogeneity in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The indexes of pulse index(PI)and blood flow resistance index(RI)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the indexes of peak systolic flow velocity(PSV)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Comparison of blood flow parameters in different stages of endometrial carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 64 patients,10 died and 54 survived at 3 years. The indexes of PI and RI in the death group were lower than those in the survival group, and the indexes of PSV were higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound blood flow parameters of endometrial cancer patients are closely related to pathological staging and prognosis, and PI,RI,and PSV have good predictive value for patient prognosis.
