Objective To investigate and analyze the results of cervical screening in women, and provide reference for the prevention and control of cervical diseases. Methods 2300 women of appropriate age for cervical screening were selected, all of whom underwent real-time human papillomavirus genotyping(PCR).Colposcopic biopsy was performed on those with abnormal PCR results, and the results of cervical benign lesions, precancerous lesions and cervical cancer screening were analyzed. Results Among the 2300 women,248 cervical lesions were detected, the detection rate was 10.78%,including 149 benign lesions,73 precancerous lesions and 26 cervical cancers. The overall disease detection rate in women aged 30~59 years was significantly higher than that in women aged<30 years and ≥60 years(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical diseases have a high incidence rate among women, most of them are benign diseases, and the disease is high among people aged 30-59 years old.The clinic should strengthen the reproductive health knowledge education for this group of women, increase the strength of cervical screening, and promote the realization of the goal of early prevention, early diagnosis, and early treatment of cervical diseases.
