知信行护理模式在青少年女性人工流产术护理干预中的应用研究

摘要
目的 分析知信行护理模式在青少年女性人工流产术护理干预中的应用.方法 选取275例行人工流产术的青少年女性,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(137例)与参照组(138例).参照组采用常规护理,观察组采用知信行护理模式.比较两组干预前后认知程度评分、心理压力评分及满意度.结果 干预后观察组认知程度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后观察组心理压力评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度(97.81％)高于参照组(92.03％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 知信行护理模式干预在青少年女性人工流产术护理干预中,能够提升青少年避孕知识的认知程度以及护理满意度,同时减轻其不良心理和心理压力,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of knowledge and action model in nursing intervention of induced abortion in adolescent women.Methods 275 adolescent females undergoing induced abortion were selected and divided into observation group(137 cases)and reference group(138 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with knowledge and practice nursing mode.The scores of cognitive degree,psychological stress and satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive score of observation group was higher than that of reference group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the psychological stress score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(97.81％)was higher than that of reference group(92.03％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of knowledge and practice nursing mode in the intervention of adolescent female induced abortion can improve the cognition degree of adolescent contraceptive knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and reduce their adverse psychological and psychological pressure,which has high clinical application value.
