Study on the application of knowledge and practice nursing model in nursing intervention of induced abortion in adolescent women
Objective To analyze the application of knowledge and action model in nursing intervention of induced abortion in adolescent women.Methods 275 adolescent females undergoing induced abortion were selected and divided into observation group(137 cases)and reference group(138 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with knowledge and practice nursing mode.The scores of cognitive degree,psychological stress and satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive score of observation group was higher than that of reference group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological stress score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(97.81%)was higher than that of reference group(92.03%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of knowledge and practice nursing mode in the intervention of adolescent female induced abortion can improve the cognition degree of adolescent contraceptive knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and reduce their adverse psychological and psychological pressure,which has high clinical application value.
