Effect of individualized nutrition nursing on health and delivery outcomes of primipara
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of individualized nutrition care on maternal health and delivery outcomes.Methods 80 parturients were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was given routine family diet care,and the observation group was given individualized nutrition care.The psychological state,physical development of newborn,complications during pregnancy and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and pregnancy complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The head circumference,body mass and body length of neonates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of breastfeeding at 1,2 and 7 days postpartum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutritional care for first-time mothers can help strengthen breastfeeding,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce pregnancy complications,and improve delivery outcomes.
